All classes start at 10am and run until 3pm (unless otherwise stated), with a short refreshment break. Tea and coffee will be provided, but please bring your own lunch.

To ensure you receive the very best teaching, classes are limited to a maximum of eight students and there will be assistant on hand to help you. 

All materials are provided and students will both paint and be painted... these are very hands on classes and you will be using the same products that Wendy uses in her work!

BUTTERFLIES - BEGINNERS/INTERMEDIATE - 23rd FEB 2012

As well as the ever popular butterfly face, this workshop will focus on painting swirls, curls, and looking at the best way to place these on the face. We will also explore colour, how to produce a 'not so pink' butterfly and how to avoid 'overloading' the face! There will be an opportunity to purchase products on the day. 

This class is held at Butterfly World which is situated just outside St Albans and junction 21a of the M25. SUPER HEROES - BEGINNERS/INTERMEDIATE - 15TH MARCH 2012

On this workshop, you will paint a range of super heroes including spider boy... a must have design for the aspiring face painter! You will be shown how to produce a simple design that can be added to for older children. You will also be taught how to add depth to a design through the clever use of shading and highlighting. There will be an opportunity to purchase products on the day.

As well as absolute beginners, this workshop is suitable for those with a little experience of face painting. The day will focus on brush and sponge techniques, product information and you will be taught to paint up to three of the most popular designs in the face painting world.
